All animals are raised on fresh pasture during the growing season, with summer forage harvested for winter feeding. No antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones are used. Meat from pastured pigs and chickens available in 30# or 50# boxes. Beef is available as whole beef or all ground beef. Pork is sold in quarters. Chickens approx 5# each, packed six to a box. All meat processed at MN Dept of AG inspected plant. Sales limited to within MN.
